PHL68 Terms and Conditions - Rules for Philippine Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, funds may be held during the investigation period. If the investigation concludes in the member's favour, the account will be reinstated and any withheld balance returned. 12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the Republic of the Philippines. 13. General Provisions

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and PHL68 in relation to your use of the platform.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Waiver: PHL68's failure to enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right. Any waiver must be made in writing by an authorised representative of PHL68 to be effective.

Language: These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
